Well, that was a surprise!
The pool was fantastic and provided ample space to relax, especially with a good top deck for sunbathing. Our room was pristine, with a comfortable shower and a balcony view towards engaging entertainment. The location was spot on, just a short stroll to the beach and vibrant nightlife.

Excellent location, close to the beach. Good value for money. Food was great, tasty, many choices. Thumbs up for the restaurant staff!
Toilet was smelly. Poor reception staff. We have booked double bedroom and we got a room with two single beds besides each other.

Close to the beach and only 5 mins walk from town centre.
The beds were rock hard, they should provide a sledgehammer with the room so u can try soften the slab oh i mean bed

We had a fantastic stay with great variety at the buffet dining. Enjoyed daily entertainment, especially the lively kids' disco. Our room was well-maintained but we noticed the pool was chilling! Would definitely return!

Your own drinks were not allowed in dining hall, which I belive was not fair as they charge doubel the amount for a can of coke or other drinks.

The pools were fabulous and the kids' activities kept them engaged. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed daily sunshine and the friendly atmosphere.
My kids wished for more family-friendly evening entertainment.

We booked room with balcony and sea view but somehow reservation has been change by Booked.net we belive and we had got basement level room with no balcony and a car park view, close to rear door. Very noisy until late hours as the door were used by stuff, noise from the kitchen, stuff throwing glass at midnight, very cold room with no heating. Worse hotel I have ever been to.

Not a lot. Entertainment was basic and repeated nightly, also the staff were the most unhelpful people I have ever had the misfortune to meet, no Wi-Fi even though I asked to speak to a manager the staff told me none...
